Notes on factual errors

Our articles rest on official sources, which are linked under each text. If you still spot an error, write to us with the article and the passage concerned. We review every note and correct confirmed errors.

Please note that we cannot give personal advice on your situation. Questions about a specific payment, your own benefit or an application are answered by Service Canada through its official channels, or by a qualified advisor.

Data protection

Requests about your rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection — can be sent to the email address above. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Unsubscribe from the newsletter

Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link at the foot. An informal message to the address above is also enough; we then remove your email address from the distribution list.
